Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The CRMS will be responsible for managing relationships with clients. The CRMS will also work closely with other departments to improve customer experience and retention.
Basic KRA
Interacting on day to day basis with Brokers on Outstanding Claims
Sharing data and reports with Broker team
Reply to broker escalation mails
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in sales and customer relationship management
Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience In Third Party Administrator(TPA) Industry is a plus,
