This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Nasik. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, executing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for growth and retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Sales
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas, proposals, and solutions
Experience in project management, operations, or customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRM software, and other business software. applications
Ability to travel as needed,
