Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, addressing client concerns and complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized account solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong understanding of sales and account management principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree. in marketing, sales, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Experience in the financial, legal, or consulting industries is a plus,
