Role Description
The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting and driving product sales. The Senior Technical Account Manager will also serve as a liaison between customers and ARCONs internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand. clients" technical requirements and business objectives and work closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and successful rollout of new products or features.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams, advocating for clients" needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues or concerns.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve them.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to clients" businesses, and share insights internally and with clients as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in a technical role, such as software development, systems administration, or technical support preferably in the cybersecurity dominion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously,
