Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Time management and organizational skills to handle various client queries efficiently.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Maintain and update technical support documentation.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked effectively.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support techniques.
