Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for customer retention, communication, creating an excellent customer experience, and sales.

Qualifications
 Analytical Skills and. experience in CRM data analysis
 Proven track record in customer retention
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to create and maintain an excellent customer experience
 Experience in Sales or a Sales-driven mindset
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
