Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage our end-to-end documentation process for property sales and transfers. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and fostering positive relationships among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ATS Meeting Management (30% of role) Prepare and verify all documentation for Agreement to Sale (ATS) meetings Coordinate with sales team, buyers, and sellers to collect necessary documents Resolve documentation issues proactively Facilitate clear communication among all parties involved Property Transfer Oversight (25% of role) Manage the complete transfer process at developers" offices Provide regular status updates to buyers and sellers Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the transfer process CRM Relationship Building (20% of role) Act as the primary liaison with developers" CRM offices Cultivate strong professional relationships to ensure efficient communication Represent Reside Network's interests while maintaining positive partnerships Vendor Coordination (15% of role) Manage relationships with registry vendors at Tehsil and other relevant offices Ensure timely submission and processing of all required documentation Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly Loan Process Facilitation (10% of role) Coordinate with financial institutions to streamline loan processing for buyers Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan-related documentation Mediate between buyers, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve loan-related challenges Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in CRM, operations, or documentation management, preferably in real estate or related field Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software Preferred: Familiarity with Indian real estate laws and regulations Experience with property management software Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Haryanvi) Skills and Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced start-up environment Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Current Roles That Would Be a Great Fit: We welcome applications from individuals currently in roles such as: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Customer Service Representative at a Property Developer Mortgage Loan Processor Legal Assistant in Real Estate Law Real Estate Sales Coordinator Property Management Assistant CRM Executive in Real Estate or Related Industries Bank Loan Officer Customer Onboarding Specialist in Financial Services 10.
