Customer Relationship Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:

a. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and project requirements.

b. Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

2. Project Management:

a. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and deadlines.

b. Monitor project progress, communicate updates to clients, and proactively resolve any issues or delays.

3. Sales Assistance:

a. Support the sales team by providing product information, scheduling client meetings, and assisting in lead conversion efforts.

4. Feedback Collection:

a. Gather post project feedback from clients to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

b. Utilize feedback to enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.

5. Data Management:

a. Maintain accurate client records, project details, and. interactions in the CRM system.

b. Ensure data integrity and accessibility by regularly updating client profiles and project statuses.

6. Cross functional Collaboration:

a. Liaise with internal departments to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication between clients and teams.

b. Act as a bridge to ensure seamless project execution and resolution of client issues.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

b. Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role.

c. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

d. Experience in interior designing company sales or furniture sales is a must.
