Position Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Director
Location: Winners Court, Lullanagar, Pune 49
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to secure long-term business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Provide product information and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Report findings and suggest strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Sales Planning and Strategy:
Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales effectively.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within Sales.
Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,
