    Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Software Sales, Fintech, Stock Market, or Forex Market industries. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who excels in team handling, lead generation, sales closure in Indian and and international business development. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, develop and strategize new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships, customer retention, and driving sales growth. International Calling: Engage with international clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Team Handling: Lead and mentor a team of business development executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing agencies to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns and activities. Software Sales: Leverage knowledge of software products and services to drive sales and meet or exceed targets. Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to promote products, generate leads, and engage with potential clients. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies to address these insights. Reporting: Daily sales report to be submitted. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles within the Software, Finance, Stock Market, or Forex Market industries. Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Strong team handling and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of international calling practices and etiquette. Familiarity with software sales processes and techniques. Strong social media management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with marketing agencies. Additional Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of motivation and initiative. Willingness to travel as needed.
