Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Arka Fincap Limited in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for channel management, channel sourcing, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Management skills
Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities
Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, and Closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
