Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility to work from home. The AV Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining existing client relationships, and managing sales strategies for the Pro Audio-Visual and Music & Recording Technology product lines. The AV Sales Manager will stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions for their needs.

Qualifications
 Sales and Business Development. skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Experience in the Pro Audio-Visual and/or Music & Recording Technology industry
 Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
 Strong presentation and negotiation skills
 Technical knowledge of Pro Audio-Visual and/or Music & Recording Technology equipment
 Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
 Experience with CRM software and sales planning tools
 Experience in team management and leadership roles is a plus
