Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets from Global markets.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarly with CRM Software and Sales Automation tools.
Experience with Market research, lead Generation and Sales funnel management. Strong negotiation and Closing Skills
Comfortable to work hybrid
BD Experience in Global markets for IT Services / Design Consulting Firms.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Market research to identify potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential Clients and Partners.
Collaborate with our design and development team to craft tailored proposal and presentation for potentials Client.
Attend industry events and conference to network and generate leads
Track and reports on Sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to win business and achieve goals.
Manage the entire sales Process from lead generation to closing leads.
