Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the automobile industry.
Experience in conducting corporate industry visits and engaging with corporate clients, fleet operators, and business partners.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours: 09:00 A.M. 6:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday) Sunday fixed off.
Experience - 4 to 6 Years

Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data and industry insights to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and emerging market trends.
Stay updated on technological advancements, regulatory changes, and consumer preferences in the automotive industry.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities for business expansion.
Develop creative and innovative strategies to attract new customers and generate sales leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to understand client needs and preferences.
Anticipate client requirements and proactively offer solutions and services to meet their business objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals and contracts.
Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify potential strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance product offerings and service capabilities.
Negotiate partnership agreements, distribution contracts, and collaboration arrangements to expand market reach and revenue streams.
Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to drive business growth and brand visibility.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, events, and advertising materials to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising to reach target audiences and drive inbound leads.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and ROI (Return on Investment) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
7. Corporate Industry Visits:
Plan and execute visits to corporate clients, fleet operators, and business partners to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and preferences.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals during corporate visits to showcase the dealership's offerings and value proposition.
Establish rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate organizations to identify partnership opportunities and foster long-term business relationships.
Gather feedback and insights from corporate clients regarding their fleet management needs, vehicle preferences, and service requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and service departments, to develop tailored solutions and service packages to meet the needs of corporate clients.
Follow up on corporate visits with personalized communications, proposals, and action plans to move forward with potential partnerships and contracts
