- This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B - Business Development Representative located in Mumbai. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
What Will You Do
Identify potential clients through various sources such as online research, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay in regular contact with existing clients to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging. technologies.
Use market insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning
What Are We Looking For
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Should have 2 years" experience in sales.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software or other sales management tools.
New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills Knowledge of the e-learning industry is a plus
Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred,
