The ideal candidate should have deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. Were looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills someone who is go-getter and has no dread of routine work.
Responsibilities
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and industries that align with the IT services offered.
Utilize various channels, such as networking events, conferences, and online platforms, to generate leads and create a robust pipeline.
Client Meetings and Presentations:
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Present the company's IT services capabilities in a compelling and convincing manner.
Address any queries or concerns the prospect may have and provide solutions.
Understanding Client Needs:
Work closely with the prospect to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.
Align the company's IT services to meet the specific needs and requirements of the prospect.
Building Confidence:
Establish trust and credibility by showcasing the company's successful projects, case studies, and testimonials.
Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of the IT services.
Local Representation:
Act as a local point of contact for the prospect, providing a personalized and accessible interface.
Understand the local business environment, regulations, and cultural nuances to tailor the approach effectively.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with prospects, cultivating a sense of partnership and collaboration.
Continuously engage with prospects to keep them informed about the company's offerings and updates.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies.
Provide valuable insights from client interactions to improve marketing materials and sales tactics.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Use market insights to position the company's IT services competitively.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals that address the prospect's specific needs.
Ensure proposals are compelling and tailored to showcase the company's capabilities effectively.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from interactions with prospects and clients to continuously improve the sales and service delivery processes.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required skills and qualifications
2 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Superb leadership ability
Ability to travel,
