Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure that the team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with the companys goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers, institutions, and stakeholders. This involves understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare products or services being sold. This includes staying updated on advancements and ensuring that the sales team is well-informed.
