Profile: Manager Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential franchisees through various channels, including cold calling, online marketing, trade shows, referrals, and direct outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales Process Management:
Conduct initial presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the franchise opportunity, business model, and support provided.
Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to franchise agreement signing.
Provide comprehensive information and support to prospects, addressing all their questions and concerns.
3. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the sales process and initial onboarding.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and target markets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and franchise performance to inform sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and prospects in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of franchise agreements and financial transactions.
Competency Requirement:
Bachelor's or Maters Degree
Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the franchise industry and business models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,
