    Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Sourcer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and develop strong relationships with potential channel partners in the market. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys networking, and has a keen eye for identifying business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Client and Partner Database: Establish and update a robust database of potential clients and channel partners, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records. Market Engagement and Channel Development: Conduct proactive market visits to identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and other relevant entities. Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth. Oversee and manage sales activities conducted through channel partners and brokers, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with project goals. Initiate and activate new channel partners to enhance lead generation efforts and expand market reach. Manage sales processes on-site at project locations, ensuring effective partner engagement and client satisfaction. Product and Price Communication: Regularly update channel partners on project offerings and pricing structures, ensuring they have the latest information for effective client engagement. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and education to channel partners" teams on project details, enabling them to effectively represent and sell the project. Event Participation and Promotion: Actively participate in events, corporate activities, and property shows to promote the project and expand its visibility in the market. Business Development and Sales: Drive business growth by motivating channel partners to bring in prospective clients, leading to successful sales closures. Market Awareness and Target Achievement: Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market, gather market intelligence, and use this information to inform strategies and decisions. Take responsibility for achieving sales targets set by the organization, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the Construction Industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in the market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
