- This is a full-time on-site role in Kolhapur for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation and business communication. The Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will help in the growth of the company and achieve sales targets. The Executive will work closely with the sales team, marketing team and other departments to ensure that the company's objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Cold calling.
Procuring new clients through cold calling, word-of-mouth or collaboration with the marketing department.
Leads to be generated and fix demonstration
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Drafting business proposals & quotations and sending it to clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Required Skill set:
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
High energy, confident and open to learn new things.
Excellent business communication and Account Management skills
Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to face challenges.
Experience in the IT industry, software development, or related field is a plus,
