Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, helping to grow our student base and strengthen our university partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students and working professionals, understand their educational needs, and guide them towards enrolling in our online courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective students and professionals for UG and PG courses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partnered universities.
Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the EdTech sector.
Use CRM to track and manage leads and update lead status in the CRM system.
Follow-up with prospects regularly and conversion from prospect to admission.
Requirements:
A proactive go-getter with a passion for education and sales.
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Experienced in the EdTech sector or similar industries is a plus.
Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
