Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Equity Sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity sales and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:*
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase business and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Provide expert advice and guidance on equity investments to clients
- Develop and implement customized investment strategies for clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research and product development, to provide clients with comprehensive solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in equity sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of equity markets, products, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- NISM certifications (NCFM, CFP, etc.) preferred
Nice to Have:*
- MBA or PGDM in Finance or a related field
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporate clients
- Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
