Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our product, real estate, and events sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the product, real estate, and events sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent All Talent Company and expand the company's reach.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the product, real estate, or events industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
