- 1. Build the Channel Partner Ecosystem on behalf of Senquire including the right combination of Automation System Integrators and Machine Vision System Integrators.
2. Identify key CCTV distributors and resellers in assigned territory and recruit.
3. Design and finalize the partnership model and partner compensation/ reward structures.
4. Deliver the channel business targets for assigned territory.
5. Lead the team to scale business in the assigned territory.
6. Building a systematic plan for channel development of your assigned territory with the support of other functional leaders.
7. Build partner business development plans integrate Senquire deliverables and work internally to ensure support.
8. Partner Lead generation and new customer acquisition.
9. Give feedback to the development team as to new features/product ideas required by the customers in your territory.
Qualificaon & Required Skills
1. Minimum of bachelor's degree in sciences, engineers preferred
2. Deep understanding of Industrial automation
3. Principles of partner management
4. Channel Business planning and development
5. Familiarity with Pipeline management and CRM
Result-driven and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation skills & have service mindset
Organized and efficient work ethic
Good command of English skills
Able to travel upcountry Ability to work under pressure
