- Role Summary: The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the CRM space and the VoIP tool ecosystem. The manager will work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped to sell KrispCalls products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new channel partners in the Indian ecosystem.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they understand KrispCalls product offerings.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies.
Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to optimize their sales efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources and support.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the CRM or VoIP industry.
Strong understanding of the CRM space and VoIP tool ecosystem.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.,
