- We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager (Real Estate) to drive sales growth in the commercial real estate market. The successful candidate will manage relationships with channel partners to generate leads and facilitate property visits, ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for the commercial real estate market.- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.- Organize and manage property visits for potential clients.- Provide regular updates on sales activities and market conditions.
Requirements:- 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales, focusing on commercial real estate.- Proven success in generating leads and driving sales.- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and regulations.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
