Position summary
Junior Manager - Sales and Channel Development based out of Mumbai, to cover pan India and International Markets. The incumbent will be responsible to sell RURs range of Aerobic Tumbler Bio Composters
Job Description
LMS Lead Nurturing
Checking for new channel partner leads from the RUR lead management system
Calling the leads, nurturing the leads, extracting business from the leads
Identifying new Channels
Understanding the product, the business, and the ecosystem
Identifying new channel partners
Cold calling, fixing appointments, meeting and forging partnerships
Developing attractive schemes to promote the product to the channel with a deep understating of the channels end customers
Extracting business and periodic review of the channel
Identifying new business prospects:
Prospecting new segments that can use the product such as resorts, hotels, landscapers etc
Calling the right decision maker, appointment, meeting and mapping the product to the benefit of the new prospect
Extracting business from the new prospect
Brand presence at key conferences, Identifying the prospects exhibitions, conferences
Representing RUR at these meetings
Prospecting for clients and building RUR Composter, goodwill at client meetings
Desired Profile
Having two to three years of sales experience preferably in the durables sector
A graduate preferably an engineer or with a diploma in engineering and willing to travel
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mind-set with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
You are self -starter and a go-getter with an independent mind
You are energetic, open to travel willing to take on responsibility
Quick learner and ambitious to grow with honesty and no compromises on ethics
You just feel that your present company is not using all your talents and you are looking for a more challenging and growth-oriented role
