- Channel Sales Manager
About The Position
Working in a team environment, responsible for building and deploying partner programs in accordance with the channel management strategy.
The channel manager is responsible for generating sales and market share growth within the assigned accounts.
The channel manager works in close collaboration with the BU channel leaders. Act as internal single point of contact for all channel related topics and responsible to manage and avoid channel conflict.
Key responsible
Define sales and KPIs targets for each account with collaboration of V1, V2 & channel marketing.
Collaborate with V1 & V2s to develop targeted regional campaigns impacting growth.
Coordinate and develop partners sales to maximize territory revenue
Utilize channel resources to develop and maintain mindshare within partner accounts.
Facilitate to conduct periodic review meetings with partners and stake holders.
Proactively monitor about the partner performance and take. corrective action jointly with stake holders to achieve the goal.
Creating and maintaining data file, newsletters, emails, etc., at centralised location.
Define and create business plans and GTM for partners.
Drive eCommerce initiatives within selected Key accounts in order to grow the online sales.
Develop and maintain direct relationship with the key accounts with a deep understanding of their business model, operation and organization.
Should build a strong external networking with the partners.
Proactively coordinate with sales & channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skills.
Self-starter and strong closer with multitasking ability.
Key Expectation
Preferably Electrical back round with MV / LV Switchgear experience
Minimum 5 years of channel or direct sales experience in a B2B sales environment
A strong commitment to complete tasks on time
Ability to develop strong relationships
Strong organization skills including planning and prioritization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
