Channel Sales Head

Job Description :

Strategic Planning and Execution
 Develop and implement the regional channel sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
 Identify potential channel partners and develop strategies to engage and onboard them.
 Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales performance.

Partner Management
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure favourable terms for the company.
 Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize sales and revenue.

Market Expansion
 Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets through partners.
 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Sales Management
 Drive channel sales to meet or exceed targets.
 Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional programs and campaigns tailored for partners.
 Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication
 Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive strategies and operations.
 Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on channel performance and market conditions.

Qualifications
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the electronics industry.
 Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales strategies.
 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
 Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools.
 Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.,
