About the role:
A specialist who can independently pitch to mid or large private Institutions/ schools/ Startup & prominent Edtechs and deliver consistent closures. The person will be responsible for influencing Senior Management as well as Academicians, in a highly competitive Educational market.
Proven track record in B2B/B2C EdTech sales, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
Strong understanding of product propositions in the education sector, including institutions, schools, and EdTechs.
Skilled in customizing solutions to meet the unique needs of clients and building strong client relationships.
Consistently exceed sales targets and manage collections monthly.
Expertise in forging strategic partnerships to integrate education platforms and products.
Knowledgeable about industry trends and experienced in mentoring telecallers to drive performance.
Responsibilities
Define problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing and presenting the overall solutions.
Own execution and improvement of the planned initiatives through consistent interventions
Work towards building synergy with cross functional initiatives to ensure consistency and optimization of efforts.
Champion change and effectively manage implementation of new ideas or programs aligned with companys strategic goals.
Manage cadence to review progress and impact of all projects impacting customer relationship and partner ecosystem.
Orchestrate program launches for sales & partner teams through appropriate channels (documentation, training, workshop etc.,)

Design relevant training programs to drive successful launch of the initiatives across the teams.
Continuously identify opportunities for automation which can significantly impact the success rates of our projects.
Conceptualize and work towards building processes, systems, and tools to improve teams ability to acquire & retain more customers.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales in the education sector.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Persuasive communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
Strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including coaching classes, schools, colleges, universities, and publication houses.
Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and exceed sales goals.
People management skills and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective partners.
Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions to address them.
Willingness to travel as required.,
