About TEPL: Tally Education and Distribution Services Private Limited, the educational division of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd., has been incorporated with a vision to be the premier solution provider for all manpower related challenges of employers in India. TEPL was established to provide technology certification in the field of accounts and commerce. Tally Education is the largest certifying organization for computerized accounting. TEPL Placement Services facilitates and assists the Tally Certified Candidates in Placements. Placement Services at TEPL is a strategic business enabling department driving innovation, consistency, and accountability. They interface between Tally Authorized Training Centres, Employers, and other teams. The vertical is characterized with a dynamic work environment with plenty of freedom and autonomy to express yourself, in terms of creativity and hone your skills as you grow in your career. Experience to bring with you: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in B2B sales in the education sector. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Persuasive communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations. Strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including coaching classes, schools, colleges, universities, and publication houses. Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and exceed sales goals. People management skills and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective partners. Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions to address them. Willingness to travel as required. What will you be doing Define problems and strategic solutions scoping, analysing, preparing and presenting the overall solutions. Own execution and improvement of the planned initiatives through consistent interventions Work towards building synergy with cross functional initiatives to ensure consistency and optimization of efforts. Champion change and effectively manage implementation of new ideas or programs aligned with companys strategic goals. Manage cadence to review progress and impact of all projects impacting customer relationship and partner ecosystem. Orchestrate program launches for sales & partner teams through appropriate channels (documentation, training, workshop etc.,) Execute program launches for sales & partner teams through appropriate channels (documentation, training, workshop etc. Design relevant training programs to drive successful launch of the initiatives across the teams. Continuously identify opportunities for automation which can significantly impact the success rates of our projects. Conceptualize and work towards building processes, systems, and tools to improve teams ability to acquire & retain more customers.,
