Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Manager - Channel Sales to manage existing partners and
develop new partners. You will own the partner network of your territory and would be
responsible for revenue generation and business growth of PagarBook in the region.
An ideal candidate has worked in direct sales as well, in B2B segment. Should have worked
and shown exceptional performance in managing Channel Partners in the past. Should have
developed Channel Network from scratch.
To start with, this role will require you to make Channel Partners for PagarBook in your
territory and might require travel outside your base location as well. This is a key role in the
PagarBook Channel Sales team and will place you in a role poised for growth and challenges
in scaling a business operation.
We prefer people who are willing to get their hands dirty go out in the market, show teams
how its done till they learn.
Responsibilities
Drive sales results through existing and new channel partners in your territory.
Hire, Train, Build Channel Partners and scale the business.
Manage and be responsible for growth for your portfolio of Partners
Develop new territories later down the line as per business requirements.
Identify local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities: industry
events, partnerships with associations, and drive these partnerships to increase sales.
What are we looking for
You have worked for 6+ years in B2B sales.
You have worked with Channel Partners in Recruiting, developing and driving
partners.
You have managed teams in your previous roles.
You have developed new territories and markets and built a Channel Network. You understand the role marketing activities play in business development in a
market
