- Infobahn is a web design agency creating custom websites for businesses of all sizes. We seek a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and present customized proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Proven track record of closing projects worth 80,000 INR (1,000 USD) and above.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet the targets.
Compensation:
Base Salary: 3.6 LPA to 7.2 LPA.
Plus Incentives: Target Based | Between 5% 12%
