Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, generate, and convert high-quality leads to meet sales targets.
Inside Sales: Conduct sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups, to generate new business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of inside sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
