    Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development resource to join our team, specializing in selling regulatory services such as Legal Representation (LR), Market Authorization Holder (MAH), and US Agent services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs or a related field and a proven track record in business development, particularly in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or cosmetics industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients who require regulatory services, like LR, MAH, and US Agent services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Provide consultative sales support to help clients understand the value of regulatory services. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing any service-related issues. Regulatory Expertise: Stay updated on global regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to LR, MAH, and US Agent services. Work closely with the regulatory affairs team to align service offerings with client needs and regulatory expectations. Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and key client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns tailored to the regulatory services market. * Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in regulatory services or related fields. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices industries. Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory services, including LR, MAH, and US Agent requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
