Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions
Develop and implement strategies for securing new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the IT staffing industry
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts
Stay updated on best practices in business development, sales, and IT staffing
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure they understand the client's requirements
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field. An MBA or a master's degree can be advantageous
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT staffing industry within the domestic market
Minimum 6 Years of Experience in Business Development Manager
