The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Staffing and IT Recruiting industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Staffing and IT Recruiting sector. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other means to build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns promptly. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the company. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the staffing and IT recruiting industry. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide feedback and insights to the team to enhance overall performance. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Staffing and IT Recruiting industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting market, particularly in IT. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
