JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company, including college committee tie-ups, B2B partnerships for accommodation, bank accounts, insurance, forex, etc., and university tie-ups.
 Proactively reach out to potential partners and clients, building relationships and generating leads.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals.
 Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction repeat business.
 Plan, organize, and manage educational events, including education fairs, pre-departure seminars, and workshops.
 Handle event logistics, including venue bookings, speaker coordination, attendee management, and event flow management.
 Provide value-added services to existing clients, including B2B sales of complementary products and services.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and events.
