- Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager in Enterprise Sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and implementing sales operations and related strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients. Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Key Account Management and Business Development Experience in Enterprise Sales and Business Operations.
Strong Business Development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in the HR Tech or digital industry is a plus.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.,
