    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee our Business Loan Sales team. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of business loan products, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business loan sales professionals. Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages achievement and growth. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into successful loan agreements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored loan solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively guide the team. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in sales processes. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the business loan or financial services industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing talent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategy.,
