We analyze data with machine learning methods to deliver actionable information about stores, campaigns, products, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. o Identify new market opportunities and target customers. 2. Team Leadership and Management o Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. o Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback. 3. Market and Competitor Analysis o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. o Use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. 4. Client Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. o Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Sales Operations o Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. o Ensure efficient sales operations and adherence to sales processes and standards. 6. Reporting and Analytics o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. o Use data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. 7. Product Knowledge o Maintain a deep understanding of the companys product offerings and their applications in retail operations. o Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). At least 7-10 years of experience in retail operations/sales is a must Demonstrated some success in leading and managing a sales team. Strong understanding of the retail industry and its operational challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.,
