Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve regular interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
