Role Description

This is a full-time Bench sales Team Leader role based in Hyderabad. As a Bench sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's activities, including but not limited to, identifying and developing potential clients, maintaining client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring the team's overall success.

Qualifications
 5+ years of experience in Bench sales in the IT industry
 Experience in leading a sales team
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a. related field
 Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
 Experience in US staffing
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills,
