Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing bench candidates for our client requirements. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment and have a strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills
 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
 Proven track record in sourcing and placing bench candidates
 Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry
 Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) and employment regulations
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
 Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
 Bachelor's degree in a related field

Roles And Responsibilities
 Source and screen bench candidates for client requirements
 Maintain a pool of qualified bench candidates to meet the ongoing staffing needs
 Identify potential job opportunities for bench candidates and actively market them
 Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
 Negotiate rates with candidates and provide competitive compensation packages
 Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
 Assist in onboarding selected candidates
