Job Details
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to market core engineering resumes across various industries, including but not limited to automotive, industrial, electrical, electronics, life sciences, manufacturing, and other engineering-related sectors.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
Conduct cold calls and send well-crafted emails to potential Tier 1 vendors and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring continuous communication and follow-up.
Market core engineering resumes and pitch for various roles, from technician and operator levels to engineering and project management positions.
Collaborate with engineering sourcing recruiters to gather and submit resumes to vendors and clients.
Explain visa processes, including OPTs, H1, and H1 transfers, ensuring compliance with LCA wage requirements for H1 candidates.
Provide candidates with clear communication about rates before submitting them to any new roles.
Regularly update candidates and teammates on progress and developments.
Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with team members.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, tracking progress against targets and goals.
Attend industry-related events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for attracting top engineering talent.
Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications for various engineering roles.
Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and enhance client acquisition.
Develop marketing materials, including presentations and brochures, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance and project bench talent.
Requirements:
Excellent US accent and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in email writing and MS Word.
Prior experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Strong desire to succeed in the engineering bench sales domain.
Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
