Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter (2-5 years). As a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and account management of bench sales candidates. You will be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and managing a team of recruiters. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, candidates, and vendors.

Qualifications
 Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal. skills
 Proven ability to manage a team of recruiters
 Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and vendors
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
 Experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus
