- As a Senior Business Development Executive specializing in Account Growth, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account mining and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new SPOCs through existing clients/accounts
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Understanding clients business needs/requirements.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
A great team player and go-getter attitude.
Work Experience : 1 - 3 years
Requirement :
A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
Driven individual motivated by sales results
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to work cross functionally and with a proactive approach to client engagement.
Well organized
Strong business. sense and industry expertise.
Excellent customer service, presentation and conflict resolution skills
