As part of the commencement of our business operations in Bengaluru, we are currently hiring for the position of a Business Development Executive.
Position Business Development Executive
We are looking for a cheerful, dynamic and positive individual to the all-important position of a Business Development Executive for our organization. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Food and Hospitality sector in the city of Bengaluru. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, introducing our range, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and assess market trends thorough market research.
Analyze. competitors" activities and market positioning to develop effective business strategies.
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within the industry sector.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
Collaborate with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Sales Presentations, Proposals Prepare, and deliver compelling sales presentations to display the company's products and services.
Develop customized proposals that address the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
Account Management Monitor and manage the accounts of existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate with Operations team to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Successfully onboard a specified number of new clients.
Maintain high client satisfaction levels and minimize client churn.
Identify and penetrate new markets within the industry.
Expand the company's presence and market share in the assigned territories.
Demonstrate effective time management and sales pipeline management. Optimize the conversion rate from lead generation to deal closure.
Proven ability to effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals. Work on and close tenders.
Strong persuasive communication skills to influence decision-makers.
Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the industry in the assigned territories.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ability to network and establish rapport with key stakeholders in the sector.
Clear and articulate communication skills for delivering compelling sales presentations.
Ability to tailor messages to address the specific needs of diverse clients.
Ability to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Awareness of the market environment in the location assigned.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for report generation and analysis.
Zoho CRM or Client Management, Sales software is desirable .
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Business Development Executive.
