Summary: Seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with expertise in industrial construction and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sales. The role entails generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and attending meetings to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial construction sector, specifically focusing on PEB sales.
 Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand client base.
 Engage with consultants and stakeholders to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
 Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and negotiate contracts.
 Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
 Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights. and upcoming opportunities.

Requirements:
 Proven experience in business development within the industrial construction sector, with a focus on PEB sales preferred.
