Our notable collaborations include brands like Mamaearth, mCaffeine, Hyphen, Purplle, Country Delight, Guvi Etc. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the influencer marketing industry to expand the client base. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement. effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agencys revenue growth and financial goals. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive threats. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless client experiences. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the leadership team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in an agency setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that have resulted in revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry and digital marketing trends. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
